Sulfate BioChem (SBC)

Sulfate BioChem (SBC) is used to promote anaerobic biological oxidation of organic compounds in groundwater.  SBC is a mixture that supports anaerobic oxidation conditions and delivers sulfate for long-term biological oxidation under anaerobic conditions.

SBC is used for in situ treatment of organic compounds in groundwater contaminants by promoting anaerobic biological oxidation.  These types of contaminants include BTEX (benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, and xylene), MTBE (methyl tertiary butyl ether), and PAHs (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons).
